DN is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, pregnancy and postpartum care, and dry needling. She believes that lasting recovery comes from treating the whole body—not just the area that hurts.
After completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Dr. Paige advanced her training through an orthopedic residency at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, where she developed expertise in treating complex musculoskeletal conditions. She later founded The Persistence Project, a practice built around providing one-on-one, individualized care that gives patients the time, education, and support they need to achieve lasting results.
Whether you're experiencing pelvic pain, urinary leakage, pregnancy- or postpartum-related changes, sports injuries, or chronic orthopedic pain, Dr. Paige combines evidence-based treatment with movement analysis, hands-on therapy, and personalized exercise programs to help you regain confidence in your body.

Dr. Paige Rainford earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Husson University in 2021 before completing the prestigious Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center in 2022. Her advanced training has equipped her to evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Since relocating to Colorado, Dr. Paige has developed extensive experience treating patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents and personal injuries. She works closely with patients experiencing acute and chronic pain, soft tissue injuries, joint dysfunction, and movement limitations following auto accidents, helping them safely restore function, reduce pain, and return to their daily activities.
In addition to her orthopedic expertise, Dr. Paige has a special passion for pelvic floor rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and caring for active individuals, tactical athletes, runners, and amputees. She continues to pursue advanced education in pelvic health, running analysis, and orthopedic specialization to ensure her patients receive the highest quality, evidence-based care.
Dr. Paige believes every patient deserves one-on-one attention, individualized treatment, and the education needed to take an active role in their recovery. Her goal is to help each person move with confidence, build resilience, and get back to doing what they love.
